Description
*Contributions or gifts to the Virginia Smoke Free Association (VSFA) are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. For tax year 2024, we estimate 99% of dues will go to the organization’s lobbying activities and are not tax deductible by your business. Please consult your tax advisor.
