New bills have been introduced in General Assembly to create a 15% tax on manufacture’s price on all vapor products. Another bill would ban vaping in all public places, except for Vape Shops. These are a serious threat to our industry!
Our lobbyist notified us of these bills and is actively engaged with other lobbyists to defeat these bills.
